Hey all I'm having feed issues with my welder upon inspection the loner is badly rusted!! I'm wondering what the best replacement would be hose liner and gun? I'd like to run 15' and get a better feeling And handling gun any ideas what's the best I run .030 flux cored 99% of the time welding all kinds of farm stuff and some new fabrication thanks

The liner is a 'wear' part.

Replace it when it gets 'worn' out.

Worn out could be rusted or kinked.

The liner is P/N KP35-40-15 for 0.025 to 0.035 wire and is 15 ft long trim-to-fit, standard coiled steel liner.

The OEM gun is the Magnum 100L K530-5 with spade lug connectors.

That gun can also take 'standard' 11-series Tweco contact tips (tips have standard M6-1.0 threads). And some other 'standard' Tweco parts too (liner, diffuser, maybe nozzle).

If only the liner is bad, then just replace the liner.

I was thinking I'd like the extra 5' of reach I did order a liner from the welding shop should be here tomorrow!! Thanks for the part number I'll keep that for reference! I was curious of upgraded assembly.. I find this gun gets extremely hot with steady welding I honestly use this as a 220v machine near the top of its range most times! It's a lot more convenient to drag around then the old miller 220 I've currently got it balanced atop a combine welding up a frame for a tarp the extra reach would be really handy though!!!

I have 15' nice put you needed to be careful especially if you run .023 wire as the drive rollers can slip pushing that distance. Other then that I really like the extra reach.

Here's a idea what this machine is used for and a pic of my handcart welding machine mover haha. My old buzz box and the mig fit perfectly and roll pretty well anywhere I need them. Also in the picture is the sp-100 in the loader bucket running argon and .23 wire mainly for "body" metal in this case tacking the opposite side in place. As you can see a 15' foot lead would make a huge difference in these situations I'd just like to find something higher quality then the stock parts

Thanks I won't be running anything other then .030 flux core in this machine I understand the drive system on these welders are stressed and need to have the line pretty straight or they won't push 15' is that you're experience?
