I have a homemade boiler, it has two 4500w elements. I want to wire a line voltage thermostat to a contactor to control room temp with in floor heat. What is the correct way to wire it?

How do you plan to circulate the water (glycol?) Through the system? Are you planning on just using convection?

All in floor heating systems I've ever seen use a circulating pump that's controlled by a thermostat wired into a controller that will also control the boiler.

Radiant floor heat can't be controlled by only by boiler temp. First water temp only runs 5-10* over room set point. Second it the mass of the floor. Once the floor is heated up it will stay warm along time and it takes a long time to heat heat up so the room temp will be at extremes. Best to use a stat that has a floor sensor made for radiant floor heat and control water temp by boiler water temp control.

There is a circulating pump. I know how to wire it. Also the boiler is controlled by an aqua stat for the glycol temp. The thermostat and contactor I’m asking about are for the room temperature.

What do you want this thermostat to control, the boiler, pump or a valve?

Are there no diagrams on the boxes or instructions that came with the thermostat and contactor? If you don't have the boxes or instruction sheets that came with them, you could try googling the brand and part number of the parts and you can most likely get the instructions.
