Does anybody know what is the actual process to prove a win these days?

Trying to help my neighbor who won $1 back on Tue 10/15.

Friday will be day 10 and he still hasn't seen it.

We know about [email protected] but they don't accept screenshots so we aren't sure how you actually prove a win.

I don't know what else you could do - maybe giving the exact time at which you won (which is presumably in the screenshot, but they are dumb)? And on some types of wins (I think WL and Bonus), it gives a long win ID number on the win screen.

Thanks. He contacted his PS but said nothing can be done except email. I know people used to be able to get PSes to add Bonus Points but I guess they are more strict now.

I guess only time will tell. We know it's only $1 but if it did show up, he could order right now with his PS & no longer have almost expiring points.

Yep screenshot is useless. It does not have any unique number/username, time/dates, or anything that identify who won. This should be easily fixed but I doubt they will.

They don't accept screenshots, but I've seen people claim that they got their winnings added after emailing SYW.

My guess is that SYW looks for your name in a list of winners for the specific game, and then checks whether those points were added in your account after the date you won.

It may contain a banner that says "So close...with one click, you'll reveal your freecash in points", and a $5 FC for $5+ purchase at Sears or Kmart will be added.

EDIT: Lately I've been getting various KMart emails with:

Oh Sweeps finally responded and added his $1 right away.

They must have modified the Points System as it added like this and we never seen it before.

"Bonus points - Sweeps Reward - 14 day expiration"

So I guess gone are the days where Bonus Points were always just 1-year no matter what.

Oh and they must have gone through blacklisted folks already.

A fellow user who was told by PSes before that he was blacklisted so only managers could order, got his order done 1-2-3 by his PS.

So they must have decided to verify all blacklisted folks and figure out who to keep and who to say bye to.

Not sure what sense it makes but lately I seem to strike out on XTRA during the early AM and hitting more $0.25, $0.50, and $1 during the day

I'd figure more players during the day and thus worse results.

Since it's 1000 points per $1, that means $1.8 million redeemed and $2.1 million expired or revoked. Across 102 million accounts that supposedly ever redeemed any amount of points at least once, that comes to an absurd $0.017 (less than 2 cents) total ever redeemed per ever-redeemed-anything account. That can't be anywhere near right, there's something wrong with their stats.

- 880k Personal Shopper conversations (with employee versions of PS? )

I'd expect they counted any PS ever, to make the stats look bigger. Also not sure how they define the end of one conversation / beginning of another.

I thought the other day, too bad I couldn't get another coupon but I could swear that and virtually every other coupon excluded Hot Buys.

I don't have a coupon off hand to open the terms though.

It seems like they give me one nice day like $1 or so then give me many days of barely anything.

I tried to order on Fri but was $0.10 short and I never know if a credit card will let you charge that little bit to just pay it.

Oddly some cards have let me charge a penny while others seem to refuse charges like that like they think it's a security risk or something.

I've never had a problem with very small Sears charges like that, on several cards, FWIW. The one time I had a Sears.com charge rejected, it was the first time I'd tried to use that card at Sears, and the amount was a over a dollar - they were suspicious that anyone still shopped at Sears at all, lol. Just make sure your contact phone number is up-to-date with that card company before you try it... it usually isn't a big deal if they are suspicious of the charge, they'll call and ask and you tell them to let the charge through.

$0.40 for Sun. I'm still at less than $9 and need to make a purchase today. Not what I'd hoped for, though it could be worse. SYW points history page tonight is kind of going nuts, displaying the amount I will have after the next 2 days of expirations, but Sears.com still shows the correct current amount.

I think you are right. I just remember one time Sears.com, but maybe it was a MasterPass Glitch was refusing to let anything under a nickel process.

Strangely months later it did allow a penny order.

Seems I did $1.05 (I think about 3-4 WL nickels there) for the day.

Difficult to really know though as it seems even some early AM nickels and dimes are slowly appearing though out the day so that may not even be the correct total.

I don't know who programs Kmart.com but it really makes little logical sense.

For an item I bought previously, the website acts like 12 are in stock.

Yet I keep getting emails daily saying "Your item is low in stock".

So which one is it?
