You plug into power outlet and you can test ground or power on 6v or 12v systems, at least that's what is says on Google.

umm... that would be nice for me to just plug in than search for the metal to clip on so it have a ground...

that make me crazy when i found the metal and do test then i realized that i have no ground as i put clip on "alumiumn"... i hate those...
