I am now at the tail end of my new garage.
Installed the Race Deck over the weekend.
It took me about 4 Hrs to install the floor. then about another 2 hrs to cut all of the edges and etc. Good table saw makes it easier

Goes together real nice and looks great !

Going to pickup my Butcher block worktops tommorow !
and finish trimming / Painting the stairs

The designer worked really well i had approx 2 of each color tile left over

Everything looks great! And I like how you kept the color theme together with the wall and floor. What are the two things plugged in inbetween the doors?

Your garage is fantastic! I am at the tail end, if there is such a thing, of my gararage project. I did race deck as well, waiting on the edge pieces now. Still have some trim and paint work to do on my cabinets and soffits but its getting done. Not near as nice as yours though, great job!

nothing happens when you spill liquids on Racedeck, its fine. Even the garage floods (twice) its fine, it flows out from under the tiles just fine.

Nice job!

Would like to see a shot of the stair door. Fire codes/burn rate? :headscrat

The stairwell and ceiling is all 5/8 firecode blueboards with plaster.
The door at the top of the stairs is a 2 hr fire rated metal door

And passed inspection with flying colors

Now i need to just finish the stair trim and the railings

Good job! I had to correct mine when I moved in.

Many miss this and it can/will let a garage fire take down the whole house. :(
I've seen some left completely open, scary stuff.

Just trying to warn others here. Again, great job on it all.

You can not use if it is occuiped space above or adjacent
It needs to meet a 2 hr fire rateing which is 5/8 firecode Sheetrock or blueboard

In my opinion the cost is not that much different just to do the firecode

Cant get the words to praise it. Appreciating and praising your work I can say it's wonderful. Besides can you tell why is the ladder there? I know it's silly though I can't hold myself without asking.

First the entire area looks great. I would like to ask a question. I am going to build a stair like yours. Could you give me your ceiling height and the lenght of the wall you built it against.
Thanks
Randall
