I like to try new tools, well one day I bought a tool that removes oil filters it is a square tube with a cotton strap attached to it. I am sure in the right hands of someone else it will work ok , but in my hands all it does is crush the oil filter cans...I tried everything to no avail, so in the end I gave them away.

agreed ,an absolute ************* !!!!!!

Not sure if you really want to call it a tool. But this thing really pissed me off, I returned it and got my mom back.

i have a snap on ratchet with the flex head that i cannot stand at all. it's nothing but a freakin knuckle breaker. i need to trade it in.

here's a pic. this 1 isnt mine but i have the same 1. it's the long handled ratchet.

ive even tightened the set screw in the handle so it wont rotate but it's still a pain in my a$$.

Send it in the snap on and you will get the new FHNF100 yes 100 teeth to replace it and the new ratchet costs 115... So that would be my advice and you will have one new kick **** ratchet!!!!!
