New house, who dis?!

Hey guys, I was finally able to log back on after just getting caught up with work/life and losing my password. For the longest time i forgot my user name/ had no content that I simply just lurked.

Anyways, fast forward a few years and I am out of Erie, PA and have been in Denver, CO for since 2018. Life is good. (except this damn virus)

I am currently building a home, and I finalllllllllyyyyy have a legit foundation to build my dream garage. Move in date is Early August.

So far...after much debate, I think i'm going to start with porcelain tile + high rise garage lift in the single door. 220 is already in. I will definitely seek advise with design and tecniques with installing stuff from the members here

Congrats. Years ago we were under contract with a house at Oakwood homes in Erie, just south of Erie Parkway, but backed out. The Boulderado model if I recall. Nice looking houses! Anyways, good luck and have fun!
