18 years old floor

Did my new shop floor 4 years ago with a etched acid color and clear on top. Love it but in my attached 24x24 garage that is 18 years old, I want a standard grey or beige epoxy with flakes and anti skid in the clear topcoat.
I know I need to acid etch the floor, clean neutralize before starting.
I am wondering about primer? If you prime it says in some searches that the epoxy will go a bit further....
I am also not sure which kit to go with, I have the roller frame, mixer from the previous job....
I would like a little direction on how I need to proceed.

Yes, primer will help your 100% solids epoxy body coach go further. The primer is a lower viscosity therefore it penetrates into the slab and closes up most pores. You'll need 2 gallons.

Are you going to broadcast York's Lake until rejection? Or are you going to do a random, light broadcast?
