"Low Lift" Utility Sink Pump

I want to put a utility sink in my garage that is really a part of an old carriage house. The 4" waste pipe is about 30" off of the garage floor, so I need a pump to get the water up to the connection to the drain. The utility sink is actually sitting right by the drain line in a corner, so the pump does not have to be particularly powerful.

I reviewed the instructions for a couple of inexpensive non-vented pumps that I thought about buying, but they both say that your lift should be at least 6' to preserve the check valve life. Does anyone know of a "low lift" pump I could use to tie in so I don't have to make the lift so high?

Anyone got any other ideas I should explore? The sink won't get a ton of use, mostly just hand-washing and filling mop buckets.

Can't you just create a rise of 6' to get to your 30" pipe? No experience with this pump type.

don't worry about the check valve
even if it does fail your lift is low enough that you can do without it

I could but it would involve a choice between getting into the wall and looking like a kludge.

I don't really understand how the waste pipe is 30" off the floor unless the garage is in a basement. The pipe has to go underground somewhere before it leaves the building.

Garage floor is below the grade of the connected apartment where the waste pipe runs from.
