But:
Unless you work in a clean room environment, I LOVE floor paint.
One of my garages had that awful brick red that was popular in the early 70's it wore through where there was traffic.
It was recoated cheap and where it wasn't WORN through it was still stuck well and shiny.
Paint it.
Even, as some here will suggest, it needs repainted every two year for whatever reason... So?
It's two hours to repaint and cheap and 100% freshened.
We have White painted floors in the spousal units garage.
Perfect. And when it's not, in two hours it will be again.
And
We use that same sealer outside. Outside it loses its gloss fast fast. Inside its an almost forever thing until you retouch in traffic areas.
It's time to reseal my patios....
