THIS WAS my 26 gallon fire extinguisher.
It now runs the whistle and the air horns... Just. Because. It. Can.
That whistle use 26 gallons of 110 psi air in just over 2 seconds.
The horns are just horns.
The trombone (who's going to pass up a $30 trombone?) isn't hooked up yet. I need to make the diaphragm and housing and I'm not too motivated.

The trombone will eventually go under the hood of the rv.
I think I can make it 'blat'(the noise a Jake brake makes but forward, over blown, not backwards) which will be a nice horn for an rv.
Deep note should penetrate just about anything.

I would hate to be your neighbor..lol

cleaned out corner area . setup new compressor and blast cabinet . just need power and few feet of black iron pipe and a flex hose and were ready for action .

Finally got some air lines run. My air compressor is up in the mezzanine and up until now I had a hose running from the compressor out through the sliding door and dangling down. I ran both the feed line and the the drain line done to the shop floor. I have pipe openings at each end so I can later run pipes around my shop. For now this will do.

Painted my stem walls flat black in preparation for my True Lock Ribbed flooring coming later this week. Crawling around on my knees all day is tough.

There will be baseboard put on top of the stem walls.

Modified an old A-frame to fit the front nudge bar of my Nissan Hardbody so I could tow it home from my SIL's house. Also made and fitted temporary wheels to my radial arm saw so I can move it in and out of my garage so the Nissan can go through to the backyard.

But did get 3 4.3l Chevy’S and a Ford 250ci in-line six ripped right down to bare blocks as well frost plugs and cam bearings pulled out in two 6 hour shifts at my buddies machine shop these past two days. Guys ***** about labor work, but 20$ an hour plus learning experience is well worth it for me.

Changed the location of zip-tie holder's to my nut & bolt bin rack. Got my final pile of bike parts together. I am going to donate them to the local bike kitchen in READING a little shop that lets people of READING to come there and work on their bikes. they offer help and advice if needed. Not much. I was off for our Anniversary, so I kept my time in the garage down as much as possible. I did fix a brand new solar garden light that came with am intermittent switch (second order in a row) and reorganized some of my toolbox drawers when I had a few moments waiting for Mrs. LS6.

Thanks! I almost forgot, we went for a drive this afternoon and I found a 3 D cell Maglite at the side of the road. It's a little beat up, must have been run over a few times. It didn't work, but I found the bulb had a bad filament. I got it home and and swapped the bulb out of my old 4 D cell model and it works fine. I just ordered two liteXpress 360 lumen LED upgrade bulbs. When they come in I'll post a review.

Same here! 31 years today - spent the day just hanging out together and then went for a real "sit down" meal in restaurant.

Congrats! Beat us by 5 years! Normally we'd take off work on the Friday before or after our anniversary, go to the Warwick Valley Winery, then hit Mt. Fuji on the way home for dinner. Both are currently not an option with the virus safety restrictions.

Cleaned the windows inside & out.


Noticed the plastic cover on the drill press looked a bit iffy so it got the Chemical Guys VPR treatment. Also did the plastic pieces inside the trunk of the Honda, there's nothing left to do inside the car.


Then decided to also do the inside of the storage area on the ZRX & the compartment in the tail*.
I seem awfully motivated for some reason this past week. Not sure what's got into me.

Not really, Just inventory; some I have more than a lifetime supply, some I'm about out... Need a list of what NOT to bring home... (A sealed gallon of 70 year old Rifle Bore Cleaner? Seemed reasonable at the time... and I have other smaller containers - this was my "bulk" section)

White gas/camp fuel on the other hand I use a lot of. (I keep a "dispenser" with 3 gallons in it)

If you ever want to get really good at making joints... Try doing a cutting board.

Built a Taryl-inspired string trimmer/bicycle clamp from scrap conduit, scrap DOM tube, and HF vice grip clamp. Started simple enough, but now has "extra" adjustability in mind. No in progress shots, but at some point, my welding skills seem to have vanished. Now working on becoming a "grinder" Tomorrow, will build base for clamping to bench, then paint.

Pressure washed the Kubota and the burner cover/grates from the pellet grill. Grill stuff pretty caked after 3-4 smokes of pork loin and brisket. May start wrapping burner cover plate with aluminum foil - has anyone done this? Any downside? Pellet grill is Pit Boss 820

Planted magnolia tree for my Mom; wife selected a couple of flowering crabapple trees to plant here at our place. Trying to find the "perfect" locations - walking around yard with beer in hand...

Plan for tomorrow is to complete the vise stand and rotate the tires on the wife's Accord. Vacation days are a lot of fun!
