Hey everyone,
I have a 30x44 slab formed up, walls will be 10' high 2x6 construction with Attic Trusses.
We are planning to put a bathroom in the attic. The question I have is, can the 4'' septic line come up the footing, through the bottom plate and up the exterior wall between the studs?
I don't want the pipe exposed if I don't have to.
We will also be bringing over a water line from the house, can that be sleeved through the footing, through the bottom plate and into the exterior wall as well?
Or, would I just need to make a little utility closet and stub them up through that area?
Thanks for any response.
I live in Northern MN and the water line will be buried below the frost line.
