Westinghouse (or Darex) drill bit sharpener?

Anybody know anything about Westinghouse drill bit sharpeners? I googled and can’t find anything, so I’m assuming it’s fairly old. These are the pictures in his ad. Wants $400.

Looks similar to the Lisle 9100 sharpener. Lots of good reviews.

I see he has another one listed as well, a Darex for $500.

The nice thing about the Lisle is that you do not need collets to hold the drills. It can sharpen 1/8” to 1-1/4” straight or tapered shank bits. I do not think it can grind a split point however. I think $400 is a good price if it is complete.

The Darex shown is one of the original models. Collets for 1/2-3/4” are expensive and only available used. The bands that hold the collets in the fixture will break after a while and are NLA but you can substitute a spring. They are popular because they do work well.
