Only comment I have.
Are the feeds aluminum?
If so coat the ties w/ an oxidation preventer.

You need to have an insulating bushing on the PVC Male Adapter.
It's required for any wire #4 and larger. (If it's like that at the panel on the house you'd need one there too)

Those panels are made to be flipped for bottom feed, which keeps things a lot cleaner by not having a bunch of excess conductor in the panel gutter, it’s not “upside down” if you had done it that way. And as already mentioned the PVC terminal adapters need bushings.

I agree with ^^^ on the installation issues...

Functionally, , I have Zinsco panels (I know, e-w-w-w) with aluminum busses, and I both make sure they're coated AND pull them down annually to inspect. Not a big deal for me, but eventually I want to go with something better, newer, and safer.

The only other issue I'd have is ampacity... I have 100 amo service on mine as well, but a few 220 consumers on mine, so I notice the hit when something kicks on.

Aside from the "excess" of running the conductors from the bottom to top, is it permissible to route this way?

Remember to tighten the lugs appropriately, oxidation prevention and the pvc bushing adapter. I turned my box upside down to minimize hot feeds in. Looks good otherwise!

If this is a detached structure then youre missing the GEC which would go to 2 grounding electrodes.

not necessary and not required by code unless manu. requires it.

What's the yellow coming out of the conduit?

looks like poly rope. good way to burn a hole in sweeps...

I'm pretty certain it is a wire pulling string.

Correct, that is my pulling string.

As for the terminal adapter? I'm not sure what you mean...I have an offset adapter on it already.

the terminal adapter is the PVC coupling with threads on one side used to connect the conduit to the panel

you need a plastic insulating bushing on it

Next time put a ground bar on the other side of the panel too. Keeps from having to route the grounds across. That gets harder to do as you add more more circuits and have to weave your way through them.

It is permitted. Puppies and kittens will still be born blind no matter what way it’s done . :D
