A good dial 60psi tire gauge?

This was my favorite, Accu-Gage 1025 that was perfect until a couple months ago. It would hold pressure reading for days...then quit altogether.
I contacted manufacturer since lifetime warranty, emails back and forth, they claim Covid fouled their production up.
I took it apart, thought I had it fixed then lost a rubber solid washer about 1/2" diameter. It works, won't hold pressure.
Bottom line, any recommendations for replacement? Must be made USA, 60psi, hold button, hose about foot long or so.
At a good price!
Thanks so much.20200707_202854.jpg

Why do you want it to hold pressure? I’ve never had one that did and can’t think of a time I ever wanted one to. Not bashing I’m actually curious.

My wife has a basic dial gauge that holds pressure in her car, and it's kinda neat... I like using it on the odd occasions I do.

I could see it being useful if you needed to show someone that their tire's low or something, or if your mobility is limited or you've got a weird access problem where it's hard to see the dial.

I just use pencil gauges, which IMO do the same thing. Sorry OP, I got nothing. Did they deny the warranty because they don't have a replacement in stock?

Check out Longacre. They have gauges that hold pressure. I'm not sure if they're USA made, but they are very good.

+1 on the intercomp, it can also be had with a glowing/luminescent gage face for night time tire ops.

Longacre gauges are not US made, but very good product. same for joe's racing.

I read intercomp are not made in US anymore? and it has plastic housing?

The $15 one I got from autozone is pretty nice (slime brand). Oil filled, holds pressure and the needle doesn't bounce, slowly rises. on top of that it's a bigger face with those green color background. No complaints

I just checked my Longacre. The gauge itself is made in Taiwan, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

I have a 10 yr old-ish Intercomp 60 PSI dial gauge and it says made in USA.

lost a rubber solid washer about 1/2" diameter.
Check out the local HD or hardware store plumbing aisle. Lots of those washers are standard.

Holding pressure is a great feature for hard to reach valve stems. Then if overinflated just press button, let air out.

I tried calling just now, left message. G.H. Meiser in Illinois. Website says open but no-one answers.

Even hard to reach I’m having a hard time seeing how a hold feature would be helpful.

Now the part about letting air out with the gauge is awesome and definitely useful. I didn’t realize that the garage would let air out, I thought the button just released the gauge.

No it lets air out. I have so many tires, mowers, tractors, etc it's so easy holding pressure, which a pencil gauge does that, but dial reading to me is more accurate and button releases pressure also.
I'd rather buy American anymore. I like helping our own people!
I just got this screwdriver set made in USA, signed by the inspector.View attachment 102981620200708_201913.jpg20200708_202115.jpg20200708_202128.jpg

Take a reading then put the gauge where you can read it easily. As you get older, stuff gets hard to read so you may have to put it in the right place.
