Is this just a brake adjuster?

I've never saw a brake adjuster with a pointed end, only markings are Craftsman and a small G in a circle.

It could be but, it also could be a small pry bar/line up bar, I'm not sure if the pointy end is bent by design or from use.

It looks like the bend is original, I found a picture of one describing it as a scraper, cotter pin puller, and hose pick. When I clicked on the link is showed some other tools like real scrapers & picks from Snap On. This thing is not sharp like a scraper, more like a chisel edge. I thought it might be a brake adjuster for an old VW Beetle.
