Koken Attack driver $30

Great deal. Same seller is also selling the 3/8” version and has the 5/16” bit holder for the 3/8” separately.
He also has some koken nut grips. I got the 4pc e torx set for $28 and an 8, 12, 13, 14mm for $9 ea. No 10mm available from him. I’ll have to get that later. He has larger sizes in the nut grips for the same price.

These 30$ attack drivers are either 3/8 or 1/2 square drive versions not the bit driver versions start with AN followed by either something like 112 or ag112 the versions with square drives are not sold with bits like the ones sold with bit holders.

This photo is similar to the vintage ones that I see sometimes A-318-A for example although that modal has a bit driver end. Maybe these are nos.

I mainly use these on disk brakes that are being held in with a Philips screw . 7/16 might hold up better. I may try some of their torsion bits if I can figure out which is the correct holder.

It’s still a good deal. I paid quite a bit more for mine 6+ months ago. Wish I could have found a Koken driver this cheap. They are well made and have enough mass to get it done without drama. I will add, it worked painlessly on some Honda rotor screws (2-3 hits and it’s out). A vessel impacta with a dead blow did nothing, a cordless 18v impact driver wouldn’t move the screws and eventually snapped a Makita gold bit inside one of the screws before I deemed that idea worthless. I added a torch and a smack on the screw head with a ball pein as well. I would recommend koken’s bits as well. They engage the screw very well on Japanese cars (haven’t needed to use this on the other cars).
So if anyone is slightly upset about getting something a little different than you expected, use it first, you won’t be disappointed. Then I’ll add I paI’d 3x as much for my kit, shipped from overseas. You did good!

Yes it appears to be I used it for testing some nuts and used it on two brake jobs.
