I plan to buy a set for this and I want to ask if I do really need this whole set? Or is it a good idea to buy by piece? The most useful is the first priority. Any thoughts?

Thank you for your wonderful response, you are really a big help!

His answer was spot on. A normal response would be to tell what transmission or dob of vehicle you seek information on otherwise we can just keep guessing.

Exactly. It all depends on what you are working on. If you plan on opening a transmission shop and working on every possible transmission - well then you might need all the tools. If you only plan on working on Toyota A340s, then you might not need any tools at all.
