I have a Primeweld TIG and Millermatic 140 MIG. When I bought the Primeweld I knew I had to do something different because my existing cart was too small for both.

I bought a used warehouse cart for $50 and proceeded to turn it into a cart that would fit both machines and two 110 cu ft tanks.

Here’s the original cart.

Here the close to final product.
I narrowed the shelves for 24” to 18” total width and built a 1x3” base from rectangular tube. I reused the fixed casters and bought a pair of swivelling casters.
The tank straps were a generous gift from another GJ member.
Total cost was $70.

Nice job! I like that you left the mesh section intact behind the upper part of the bottles, that grid would be handy for hanging all sorts of things.

Thanks!
In truth, because I narrowed the shelves from 24" wide to 18" wide I also had to narrow the wire mesh. It was sheer dumb luck that it fit as nicely as it did.
