I have a light switch and 2 recessed cans in the ceiling.
I have "LED" BR30 in the ceiling

I put in a Lutron Caseta dimmer with the remote, operation wise is nice (like a luxury home).
Except the LED BR30 buzzes like a fluorescent tube, it's louder at partially dimmed, and I can hear it even at full brightness.

But to solve this noise problem I thought I would just get a couple of Halogen bulbs like what the house used to have. But they are very hard to find at least from what I saw online.. I ended up getting some on Ebay. The cost more than LED bulbs now.

So are there LED bulbs that are silent when used with the Lutron Caseta?

Thanks

Any advice you take from me is guaranteed to be worth exactly what you have paid me for it.

IMHO, I would contact Lutron.

1000bulbs.com and lightbulbs.com both have halogen br30's in stock under $4 each.

Not all LED BR30's are dimmable. The symptoms you describe sound like yours is not dimmable. Double check that.
If it is, understand that LED lamps that are dimmable need to be compatible with the dimmer switch. This is something that you never needed to worry about with the incandescent lamps. If the lamp is not compatible with the dimmer, then it can misbehave in a number of ways. Flickering and buzzing are common.
Caseta is the most common system out there and so most LED lamps are compatible with it. Maybe you just happened to get one that isn't. These days it's difficult to verify if your lamp is compatible because there's so many chinese sweat shops that slap them together and sell them on ebay, amazon, etc... Your best bet is to get a name brand like Philips, Sylvania, Cree. They most likely will be compatible, but no promises.
Good luck,
CD

They make PAR bulbs that fit as well and have better direction control.

Have a mix of old and new ... in some situations still like high quality halogen.

I like a lighted house and have switched many of the lights that stay on at night to quality LED .... but not all. Not all LED work perfectly at low levels

I have a case of BR30 Reveal bulbs, I switched my cans over to Reveal LED bulbs without issue. I must have close to 100 Different Reveal light bulbs that I am not sure what I will do with as I am slowly switching everything over to LED.

Some people don't like the Reveal .... for my eyes the incandescent versions are the best light. I have them all over the place.

The newest LED version is much better VS the previous versions .... but, it's not there yet that I'm going to switch them all out.

Even with my new build I'm keeping the incandescent in many places -- great light IMO.

I buy my Can light bulbs from amazon. We love our dimmers, but even the dimmable LEDs don’t go low enough for our tastes.

I do like the most recent version of the Reveal. I don't find it dims the same as the incandescent version it's close. I also like they made it look like a real bulb better looking when visible
