Things like 409 are a good start. One of those will probably work, 'cause it's an impervious surface and water-soluble soiling.

If you need to go stronger, try Superclean -- the purple stuff. It's a really strong degreaser and multipurpose cleaner, but be sure to test it first, 'cause it's pretty strong and could conceivably attack some surfaces. (I've not had that problem, but it would be good to be cautious).

At many of the dollar stores, they have a product called "Totally Awesome" It is a yellow formula. I believe a 32 oz bottle of concentrate is $1. I have used this quite a bit on the vinyl in our boat. Again, it is a concentrate, so you will need to look at the dilution rate. After cleaning with it, it will dry out the vinyl. I then follow it up with my favorite vinyl/leather cleaner/conditioner and then top coat that with 303 Aerospace Protectant. Have done the clean with "Totally Awesome" every year or so, with clean/protect treatments in between and my vinyl is clean and soft. Good Luck

Castrol super clean if used too strong will damage the finish on any aluminum. Just putting it out there. I know we're talking about vinyl but you never know what's nearby.

This is really good stuff. I've seen it in grocery stores as well.

I hate mice. They are destructive little bastards, and they get into everything. I had to drop $300 a few months ago because one got into my cabin filter in my truck and built a nest. They chewed through my cabin filter and all the nesting **** and pieces of filter got sucked into my A/C blower.

Clorox Urine Remover.

It is a targeted cleaner and absolutely works. Test first, obviously.

On vinyl, just plain old soap and water should work. I don't think you need anything extra special, and it's always best to start out with mild cleansers first before using anything harsh.
