I happily loaded a cedar chest into my sister's car. Its nice to have the lost space back in the garage. Now, what to do with everything else???? I feel some much needed stacking and organizing coming on. While doing so I realized the trade marked logo on my new cab was a heating and cooling company truck. 'York'. My sister's fiance noticed the snow flake was half sun and half snow flake. Good eye! I always just assumed it was a snow plow company.

All of my chillers at work are Yorks. 4 centrifugals and a screw. Good machines.

I'm trying to picture the dingo ?

Is it a big dog ?

It's a compact utility loader, with a hydraulic PTO, dozens (if you buy them) of attachments, on a hydrostatic track base. It kicks it. It is the greatest yard work buddy ever made. See Jim's picture for the biggest Dingo.

That's the big Dingo. Mine is the TX-413. The babiest, baby Dingo they ever made. Remember that loop bar across the TX control? You're supposed to hang onto it when running an operator platform.

I agree with you Kay, the attachments are unbelievable and the one I operated had more power than I thought was possible in something that size. I will own one of them someday.

Even the little one I have has way more apparent power than the 13 hp is engine is rated at. The hydraulics are 2500 psi IIRC, more for the bigger ones. It's strong enough to lift the back end of a 16' flatbed. It'll idle all day on a couple gallons of gas, and rip it up at full throttle on about 4-5 gallons. And, it's almost always ready to play.

Observed the eldest son change rear brakes on his car - We did one side together, he'll do the other side on his own in the morning.

I recently did the fronts with my 17 year old. Same way - I did one side with him watching and he did the other. He did a good job and I like to think a little light bulb went off in his head that day and he gained some confidence to continue working on things.

He's not shy to tackle things, but waits until the last minute or absolutely has to do it. When the brake pad fell out and the caliper was on the rotor, then it's time to do the brakes :). He did 2/3's of the first side himself with me just doing a couple things and re-directing his efforts as necessary.

He did a timing belt, cam sensor, oil/coolant changes, etc when he bought the car, changed the oil pan when he hit a curb, etc.

He's learning good life lessons - Glad to help out where I can

After washing my vehicle OUTSIDE, I applied ceramic coat to the paint inside (no I didn't clay, I laid it on top of old wax #dealwithit). Washed the inside and outside of the glass, applied Rain-X before it gets too cold. Put my favorite dressing on my dash and tires (303 Aero), and Lexol on the seats. She has gotten A LOT of attention this year, and I am hoping that my recent attention will get her through the winter worry free.

First thing this morning - loaded table saw, jig saw, oscillating tool, and many many more smaller tools in the Explorer.
This evening unloaded everything and put it away.
In between that, laying a new floor in the in laws bathroom.

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Put a new exhaust elbow on my dads big rig truck with all hand tools. Actually wasn’t too hard to do. Nice shiny chrome too.

Played with ws2812b, espixelstick, and fpp. Trying to figure out how easy it is to see if I want to mount some permanent leds to the front of the house.

got one step closer to finishing my neighbors two snow blowers. The second half of the parts order showed up - except - the kill switch wire with the special connector Arrrggggg!
and on another note, I noticed my engine hoist has one caster wheel welded on crooked. I've had the thing since new for 10 years -and never noticed it before. Hmmpf :headscrat

Continued cleaning the garage/shop and made a run to the recycle/dump to unload some stuff that I've been tripping over for awhile now.

Going to have to find a new place to store these four gray/green colored vises since I no longer have the motor bench they were store under.

Although they do provide great ballast for your bench, vises are typically used bolted to the top of a bench.

Reassembling a 92 Honda CB250 Nighthawk that my sons disassembled many years ago. I've tripped over parts long enough and they have no interest in the bike. I think I have it traded for some stuff I need and having it assembled makes the deal easier.

I bought this from HF today - a 1000lb hydraulic hoist. It will really help in my shop and make a great adjust able height worktable, plus it goes high enough that I can slide stuff onto/off my bench with it. I can also move engines down to the end of the drive and load them in the back of a pick up truck. A real back saver, and mine needs all the help it can get! $220 well spent.
