Amp clamp car audio

Now that I have an oscilloscope on the way, what should I buy to use both on meter and scope?

10:1 attenuator and an amp clamp are IMO the basic extras. A normal test lead can use an alligator clamp and take a good enough waveform to use a secondary trace off a plug wire as a sync.

This seems to be what the basic kit comes with, which is what I bought. The other kit comes with Amp clamps and such.

for DC.. a shunt is just as good... if not better IMO.. only bad thing is you have to put it inline. which shouldn't be an issue.
