Is it really a 'cheater' pipe if it was designed to be used as such?

I'll have to be tokin' the pipe before I spend that much on a Koken pipe. I'm sure it's a nice pipe though.

t's a replacement handle for the 1" ratchet head... Lots of the 3/4 and larger stuff has the capability of changing handles out. All of our Snap On 1" stuff is that way.

Also allows you to have a short and long 3/4" or 1" ratchet without having to buy two ratchets, common for the Euro brands to be like this as well.
