Broke a spade bit in a 1/4 adapter

How do I get the broken piece out? Wera locking adapter?

Magnet.

It’s probably wedged in there due to the twisting break. Several threads in the past on this topic, just a magnet won’t do it, need to untwist first. Or just buy a new adapter.

When mine broke, it was stuck in there fast. I had to take the knurled ring off. There was a c-clip on mine that allowed the ring to be removed. It was easy to get it out after that.

Short of disassembly, you’re probably buying a new one. Those things get snug when they break off.
