Replacement ITE Breakers?

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. I'm looking to add a breaker to an old ITE panel. I believe the breaker I need is a QP1-B015. My understanding is eventually Siemens came to own ITE and possibly makes replacements but I can't find anything. When I search for the breaker, a lot of the websites I get look "iffy".
Can anyone confirm if there is a new replacement or suggest a reputable place to buy used or old stock? Appreciate everyone's knowledge and help.

I know I went through this at my old house. I'd poke around Siemens' web site and if that doesn't yield the results you want drop them a line. They are entirely the same breaker and they should be able to produce a document stating that the Siemens model *** breakers are UL listed as replacements for breakers in ITE panels.

I had an ITE panel and used Siemens breakers since Siemens bought ITE. No issues with get inspections passed with Siemens breakers in there.

I recently replaced the ITE panel with a new Siemens panel for a variety of reasons. I still have a few double pole ITE breakers that I moved from the ITE panel. The rest had been replaced with Siemens to add AFCI and GFI breakers. (I rewired enough of the house that I had to replace breakers.) I didn't see any reasons to buy new double pole breakers even though they are cheap.

I believe that is the case for the molded case breakers. The old ITE commercial draw-out 480V breakers became BBC, which is now ABB.

ABB owns the GE electrical business, and the ITE industrial controls are now part of Schneider Electric, the Efcor electrical fittings are owned by Bridgeport, as is Regal Fittings, Shawmut,Gould Shawmut fuses are now Merson. Eaton, GE, Square D, Siemens are all foreign companies, Irish, Swiss, French, & German.
