I'm going to be covering the walls in my outbuilding with OSB, but from the top of the stem wall to the ceiling it is 5'. I can use the 4x8 sheets horizontally, and rip 1' sections to fill the gap, but is there something that would look better, kind of like a kick plate on top of the stem wall?

Hmm, didn't know they made 10' osb. I knew they did in drywall. That might be the ticket. I've got a unisaw I can rig up to cut them in half. Thanks

Its available, just harder to find. Not as available as the 4x8 at the box stores, maybe have to order it but any lumber yard should stock it.

I called around, theres a local yard that stocks it in 7/16 at 41.50 a sheet. Otherwise it looks like my local Menards has it in 7/16 at $35 but is special order.

Smartside is also available in 4X10 panels. Both smooth and beaded.

If you want to dress up the look a bit.
