Question on installing New Age PRO SERIES Diamond Plate Slatwall Backsplash

Hi folks. I have a New Age Pro Series setup with two 56" workbenches side by side. After much research on alternatives, I've decided to pony up for the slatwall backsplashes from New Age. The website says they are 24.5" high. I installed my upper cabinets perfectly in line with the tall side cabinets, but I only have 24 5/16" between the bench top and the bottom of the cabinets. Will the backsplash fit, or is that measurement a hard minimum?

Does it match the kitchen cabinets?

Well no, not really.

Anyone?
I may just punt and use the Bold Series, but it's not an exact fit lengthwise for the Pro Series cabinets. Any other ideas for nice looking slatwall to fill a 9'x2' space?

Judging by the photo you posted, you should be able to trim the bottom edge of that slat wall panel enough to make it fit in your existing space.

The slat wall attachments you plan to insert on the wall may not fit right on that bottom slot after you shorten the panel, but I would think whatever you may want to put in that bottom slot could just as well sit on the workbench surface.

Thank you for the input, I hadn't considered that. I really don't have a good way to cut a nice edge in sheet metal. Maybe a special blade in a circular saw, and trim over the ugly edge with a strip of stainless steel?

Is this garage in Florida or Michigan?

If Michigan, about how far South?

I've probably got six or more ways to cut that and I bet many others on here here do as well and would be happy to help you out.

That's a very kind offer, much appreciated. My place in Michigan is a bit south of Jackson. But this garage is in Florida (where I don't have most of my tools).
