used to remove the flat metal plate under a knob on a car - an old car

I see two different types - pins and a rounded sort of slot

I thought it might be fun to post pics of these tools.

All I have is this old Snappy that's for dash nuts on old VWs and Porsches.

I just used a pick and small needle nose pliers on our 1940 Mercury.

Cool tool, never seen one? I have always used small pick but then never worked on VW’s or Porsches.
