Love em or hate em HF is running a good coupon deal this week end, 10% off everything 20% off if you jin the club. I ordered a 72" top & bottom box last week with 10% off using their cc so I went their today to see how much more I could get off the order. The manager said join the club for 30$ & he took another 20% off both boxes instead of just one, so I was very happy getting both boxes for 1545$ plus tax, so for a big purchase 30% is a nice incentive.

Worked out nice for you. Personally my harbor freight price point for their stuff includes a 20% coupon all the time. Without it their stuff that I’d take a chance on is too close to a mid range quality item.
I’m not there enough to warrant that club stuff.

Just returned from our harbor Freight. Manager explained it was 10% off almost everything in the store. It was 20% off with an Inside Track Club membership. I asked if I could get a bottom roller and a top tool box at 20% off both---yes was the answer. And they had every color in stock. He said it had been one very busy day.

Every few weeks an e-mail from Harbor Freight shows up in my electronic mail box.

I seldom need a tool that I don't already own but use the coupons on consumables.

Renegrade -- did you consider the ICON tool chest? A little pricy but nice, I thought. I looked over a 72" model in the store and am considering the 56"er.
Any thoughts?

I know there is only 2 more days for the sale, but if you're really cheap like me you can get the 20% off coupon in the Harbor Freight section and download it to your phone to save yourself $30. I did this and got 2 44" base cabinets for 399 each with the coupon.

I saw these. If I hadn’t bought a used 1022 I would b getting an Icon 56 for 1600 or 72 for 2400. At these prices With a lifetime warranty and I like the outlets that come built in they seem to b a great value for a heavy duty professional box. I know people complain about to many skinny drawers but at these prices it’s not a deal breaker. Good coupon since it has No Restrictions. And I’m not sure how it works but I guess you could just cancel your inside track club after a while

The USG boxes are a great deal, with or without the coupons. The coupons just make it sweeter. Post pics :)

I downloaded the 10% off coupon and picked up a set of the 3/8dr bolt-outs. Needed one the other day, didn’t have the right size, the reviews looked pretty good, so I got their set.

I’m still on the fence with signing up for the Inside Track Club thing. I’m kind of a casual HF user, getting something here and there. Any other non-big purchase guys think it’s a good deal or not?

I was trying to hold off for a deal like this as I needed a new toolbox. Got sick of waiting (nearly a month) so I could order an Icon 73" box, and ordered an Extreme 72" from RTB on Thursday night. Friday morning HF put this deal out. I could have walked with the Icon box for $2311 after tax. Is what it is I guess.

One of the few times it actually worked for me, going back today to get the matching cart. I thought about the icon while I was there and the manager said no problem to switch, but I'm good with the us gen boxes. After I unboxed therm I will say they look good, drawers are straight and aligned, everything seems good, but it would be nice to have 4 swivel casters, I guess I could add 2 more or just move into place with some skates.

I originally planned on just getting a US Gen 72" box, but decided to look at Icon/Extreme mainly for the addition of 1 or 2 more oversized drawers after I started thinking about organization once I got the new box.

So I went back to HF, figured I should get the matching 5 drawer cart, even though I have a good red one & I run into the manager who hooked me up & I gave him a nice tip for loading my truck. So he gets me a blue cart, takes 20% for the club then takes another 20% & says a great day! With all the bad stories you hear about HF I have to say I've been lucky & always seem to get a better deal & when you talk with a manager the deal gets better.
