H shaped plastic things...Help Identify

Got 4 of these in a lot I bought at an auction last year. Tried looking online but no luck. I am wondering if these are used for any purpose before I toss them hate. Would hate to toss out a tool. Hoping good folks around here can help. Thanks

They look like the 2x4 adapter that clips on plastic sawbucks.

Looks like a Stanley saw horse adapter. I think they're used to hold round stock.

In my case they drill through the mouth to tap into the wallet! They definitely struck gold. Dental implants are spendy...who knew?
