2020 tool receipts?

**EDIT** Yes I meant 2020. I was doing tax forms earlier than when I posted this and got all mixed up with dates.

Okay guys what did you spend? For yourself - not talking stocking a repair facility.

Im at $4189. Most of it amazon and ebay. A third is tool truck. Mostly hand tools.

2020 was over 10k without even trying. So far this year I'm probably hovering around $1000.

I don't keep receipts. I buy what I need, and what will make me money, or save me time/suffering/effort. I likely average 5k a year or so. Last year, another triple bay KRL box and scan tool was 8K.

I would like to say $500, but let’s be honest. Probably closer to $1000. Turns out setting up a router gets expensive.

For 2021 I'm at about $1500 but a big chunk of that was my new Launch scan tool.

Not sure, but Im adding some Ryobi instead of Milwaukee this year for one-off projects, so I should be "saving" money lol

I feel like 2020 was a fairly cheap year. I'm at a point there isn't much I need tool wise other than getting into hobby machining. 2021 so far has been a bit expensive as I have been diving into the machining more. $750 worth of new Kennedy boxes, $700 of Mitutoyo micrometers and $350 worth of carbide tooling.
