Can someone tell me what this is?

Hey everyone, new guy here, my introduction is in the "Introduce yourself section". My dad bought this in a lot at a auction and I cant seem to find any information on it on the internet. He's just wanting to sell it, do any of you know what its worth? Here are some pics. He's probably just gonna put it on eBay but would like to know whats a fair price for it first. Thanks in advance for any information you guys might have. I really like this site alot, tons of information here.

as for what its worth, i have no idea, but a good set for that can run ya around $300 new

Don't think the brake rotor thing is correct as the address on the box is pre 1963 as it does not have a zip code. I think it is more like a piston pin type bushing remover and instahler and maybe will work with roller bearing big bearings also.
