Is it worth 100 dollars for a 6" columbian vise?

If it functions as it should and no cracks or casting missing, I get it for $100. From the one photo, looks like it would clean up well.

I think I have read here that Wilton bought Columbian a while back. The Wilton 206s appear to be very similar. You did well! This one is mine. I also paid $100.

Not bad 1:30 from question to back home, victim in hand. No indecision, no waffle, no hoping for a better deal.

I have a 206 I picked up several years ago in Buffalo. They are big, and weigh over 150 lbs. But mine is missing the pipe jaws. Could you remove them during clean up and take some close up photos with a ruler next to them so I can see how they’re designed? I can fabricate a set here, but I need to know what the design is supposed to be, and without an example I’m just shooting in the dark. Thanks!

That's a nice usable vise and swivel base big plus.
100 is very reasonable if no cracks and jaw plates and thread or nut not worn heavily .
wouldn't get anything close for 100 bucks new in store today lol.
really are big for 6" jaw and the handle nice length and strength.
Will clean up a treat .
This is the art of buying used, don't piss around and don't be shy making sensible offers based on condition from viewing it .
