Since I now back the enclosed trailer in it's spot, I needed a longer extension cord. I picked up this 12ga fifty footer from Menard's today.

What are the odds, bought a Bosch impact bit set on clearance the other day at Lowe's.
Buddy brought me another one today, plus some Apex and Wiha bits!

New grease gun (have still yet to find one that I like, we'll see how this one goes) and some trays to organize my shallow impact sockets.

Just picked up the Milwaukee m12 understood light, it's definitely typical Milwaukee build quality, excellent, they nailed the lighting market. You can just feel the quality when you unbox it and it takes m12 batteries win, wincu can't wait to use it.

Got these on close out at Rural King. They are replacing all their Dewalt hand tools with their house brand Crimson. These were the only things left the two sockets were .61 cents and the hex bit was .71 cents. Since I use 1/4 all the time they definitely will get some use.

Ok... I'm getting into 3D printing. I needed some small hex, sockets, drivers. I ALMOST ordered a new set of all 3...

Instead ... I went searching in my "stuff"... I had a huge plastic container filled with RC Car parts ... on the bottom of that container was an actual RC Car VISE !!! I didn't even know I had.

Organized in perfect order on that Vise Tray was all of these... Hex Drivers, Nut Drivers, Screw Drivers... USA Hemostats... various scissors not shown...

Finding tools you lost counts? right? (these are between 35 and 38 years OLD)

I bought their grease gun (in lever form) a few years ago, and it's my favorite grease gun. I have a few of their products, they're all great. I just wish I had bought the entire grease gun first instead of just the lockNlube coupler for my old grease guns. I like their grease gun much better than my others.

Grabbed this off Facebook marketplace, but I’m 99% certain it’s from a GJ’er based on seeing the same pictures on the classifieds here.

Thanks for the feedback! I almost just bought the coupler for 30, but their whole gun was only 55 so I just went for it. I’m replacing the entire suspension and steering setup on my Jeep soon, so it will get a good workout.

I love Carlyle’s locking flex head ratchets. I have their roto ratchets too but other than the 1/4” roto, I’m always coming back to the locking flex.

Found this ok stone masons hammer in a garage we were cleaning out, belonged to my great grandfather, he must of had forearms like Popeye, my thought it was Thor's hammer, lol. And found this brand be Pyrex measuring cup, always looking for one for the garage and I still will be as my wife swiped it.

Picked up this gearwrench 8-25 flex head set and soldering iron off of a tool truck today. Then came home to find my tekton adapters had been delivered.

Did a 14.5" add on to my home box. It's not much, but about exactly what I need to get my tool box setup well.

Some new toolpost holders. A 5C collet holder, 3 boring bar holders, 2 general tool holders, and a Universal Tool Holder #20 BXA-20. Now I just need to get my tooling installed and get them all set for the correct height.

Nothing like some HF stuff, had to use some HF money and the spray gun set was on sale. Couldn't wait for the underhood light to go on sale.

I've been having to travel quiet a bit this year, so lots of extra per diem money to spend on tools. :D

My Lowes finally started carrying a variety of the Apex U-Gaurd bits. I've been changing out all the hardware in my house, so I don't have to wrap bits in painters tape anymore.

I got a three piece striking scraper set off the SO truck. These are made in Canada by Richard. Very very beefy and seem very verstaile.

I didn't care for the pricing on the Milwaukee die grinder boot. I know others had asked if JDT intentionally left out a hole for the forward vents. I reached out and they said this was intentional and the boot is raised in that area to allow for air flow. You can see the raised ring along the front; I guess this still allows cooling air to travel throughout the housing without allowing the forward vents from picking up too much dust and what not. I only use this tool intermittently, so I'll roll with it.

3/8" SO deep and shallow SAE socket sets and VIM magrails to go with the sets.

I love Klein's shears. They are, in my opinion, the best cable cutters for crisp wire cuts. (Provides a very clean and nice wire end for crimping terminals) The only down side was they were a little big since I work mostly with stuff around 16 awg. When I saw these mini versions, I had to have them.

Another plier rack for the growing plier drawer.

SO super stubby flex head ratchet. It is the usual awesome SO quality, but I think I prefer the Koken zeal short handle flex heads due to back drag. I might buy another to convert to a bit ratchet. We'll see.

A SO "freebie" thermos. Will probably end up as another pen/pocket screwdriver/6" ruler holder I have on my desks.

5" Tsunoda zip tie pliers. I really like how these have a gripped portion to cinch down on the zip tie before trimming. Leaves a very nice flush cut. Nicer than using SO flush cuts that haven't been broken in.

Saw tip where a guy was using these in lieu of bungee cords for various things: holding up suspension components, holding wiring looms out of the way on valve cover work, etc. Thought they were far more versatile, and were very inexpensive on amazon.

Snap On mini file set. Been lusting a while for these and finally pulled the trigger.

The promo on these was $100 off, so finally pulled the trigger on the set. Never again will I use those infernal tip changing, snap ring launching POS pliers again.

More pliers

Deep and shallow 12 point metric 1/4" drive sockets. Never needed 12 points till I started using ARP stuff on some projects.

And last but not least...1/4" drive torque wrench. I have been using my 3/8" drive microtoqrue with an adapter for 1/4" drive stuff, but I could not resist the offer my dealer made.

Here's a pic of the family all together....tempted to get the 3/4" drive version for Porsche center lock wheels....we'll see....

Just ordered the zip tye pliers, I have flush cuts but it's a pain to have to use something else to pull them tight.

picked up a couple 1/16 pin punches for work

Mayhew, nice! I replaced my dad's broken Craftsman one (that I likely broke when younger) with a Wilde from Menard's and I'm about to supplement it with a Starrett. I don't need them often but it's nice to have nice ones for when I do. Speaking of, having swapped the throwout bearing on my bike's clutch I need to order a smaller pair of Orbis snap ring pliers.

You’ll love using those, best snap ring pliers on the market in my opinion. I haven’t seen that case though... That’s much nicer than the old red blow mold case my set came in.

Very nice! I know how good it feels to get the 1/4” wrench to complete the set - I recently completed my black/green set with a 1/4” TechAngle I found locally on FB marketplace. Your set looks really nice, congrats on all the new purchases.

I've only heard good things, and absolutely hated fiddling with my old pair changing the tips and what not. The case is certainly nice; foam trays seem to be all the rage right now.

I really should've gotten the 1/4" drive to start with. Porsche engines, for example, typically requires 1/4" drive tools for pretty much all your non invasive service/maintenance. I am a little worried...my wish list is getting shorter. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing...:D

Yup! It's a great design, the rounded head allows you to rock the pliers to the side to get better leverage as you cinch them down.

Picked up a Milton 1/2" regulator and a water trap/coellessing filter/particulate filter/desiccant filter setup from Eastwood. It supposedly filters down to .01 micron but most importantly for me, it's all 1/2" fittings. My old piggyback regulator/filter was 3/8" and between the 90 angles I had in the system and the reducers to get from 1/2" to 3/8" and back to 1/2" then back to 3/8 for the hose reel inlet, then ultimately to 1/4 quick coupler on the hose, I wasn't getting anywhere near the full flow my compressor can deliver.

Motorcycles are similar. I've found that an M12 1/4 hex driver gun (non-impact) works very well with small fasteners. I seat the screw and then apply the final torque by a twist of the wrist.

The last thing I needed is another hammer, in true GJ fashion it was the last one on the rack at hd, and well I just couldn't pass it up. I love the leather handles and it is just a great looking hammer, no excuse needed.

I was gonna wait and add them to my HJE order but shockingly they did not have smaller sizes in Wilde or Mayhew!

I am going to replace the front shocks on the Harley this weekend which I have never done before, but it did require some special tooling to make it go smooth.
