It seems like there could be a risk of infection if that thing weren't REALLY clean. I would check with your doctor...

I also am a burn survivor. I talked to the burn docs at UC Davis med center about this. They had never heard of such a thing. They told me to stay away from it. Infection is their primary concern as well as it would be a waste of money, in that it wouldn't work.:shocking:

+1

That thing is down right scary - STAY AWAY!!!

I would seek the advice of a dermatologist. I know that pulsed dye lasers (Candela Vbeam) are used for scar reduction (pigment & height). Good luck!

That would go nice in my tool box with the needle and thread for doing my own stitches! That was getting to hard to do in certain areas so I started just using the senco finish stapler. I think the coating on the staples will prevent infection.

Might as well get the kit to do the skin grafts right away to, who needs doctors anymore!

I'm surprised they don't mention drinking Kerosene while "treating" yourself with that torture device.

If it actually worked it wouldn't be 113 british pounds (not sure the conversion to USD), it would be thousands of dollars or british pounds.
