when you buy stuff that you don't need and it collects dust. Thinking one day I will be using it and then newer stuff comes out that blows the one never used ornament.

It's a great deal if you need good wifi coverage, but you don't need super high speed or dozens and dozens of devices connected. It is the same as the Deco M4 and S4, but only has 10/100 ethernet instead of gigabit ethernet on the M4/S4.

Also it works with the other TP Link Deco mesh routers, so it this is a cheap way to get an additional node on a more expensive Deco mesh system. For example I have a detached garage where I want wifi, but don't need high speeds.

If you can't find it at Home Depot, it is available for $53.99 refurbished on ebay, which is a good deal if it meets your needs.

Thanks. You are right. I did some research afterwards and realized it's too slow for my home 1g setup. So I put it up for sale. Someone bought it for $60 just now. Will use the extra $30 to buy more tools!
