Search Function

Where did this go? Used to be able to search forums for key phrases such as "Garages at Night Thread"

I’m viewing the forum on an iPad and don’t see the search function on the top right. Is it labeled search?

Cobbler, please provide a screen shot as to where search function resides. I'm using Chrome on a desktop PC and cannot for the life of me find anything.

Thanks for screen shot. The search icon doesn't show in Chrome. I launched in MS Edge and it shows (as in your screen shot) before logging in. Once logged in to forum, the search icon disappears. Logged back out, and the icon came back. I tried logging out in Chrome and the search icon appeared, but disappeared once I logged back in.
Any other suggestions?

Can you give me a screen shot on Chrome? I've tried Chrome myself and didn't have any issues.

Ryan, here you go with the screen shots - one as logged in, one logged out. Same issue on both my laptop (which I'm using to respond here) and my desktop computer.
I did find a search function on the top home page (screenshot attached) which seems to search the entire forum, not specific sub forums. Found the thread I was looking for using this, but search function still doesn't show as in your screen shots.

Home page where top banner appears with search function - this top banner doesn't appear on other pages.

I had your account permissions entirely screwed up... Give me a sec and I will show you how to search forums, threads, or the entire site...

in VB advanced search allowed to search a specific forum.I don't see that option. Am I missing something?

I think I figured it out. navigate to the forum and then use filters to search?

In Advanced Search, click Search Threads on the tan bar. Forums are listed there. You may have to scroll down to see the forum list.
