De-rusting a Fisher plow. How?

I bought an 8 foot, Fisher snowplow for cheap money. It’s rusty and has peeling paint, but no rot.
Any advice on stripping the rust and peeling paint so I can prime it and paint?
The wire wheels got really crappy reviews on the web, and I don’t look forward to wire brushing 8 feet of metal.

I have an angle grinder, an 8 inch buffer, and a Milwaukee drill.

Thanks

I did one last fall, used a combination of wet media blasting, stripper wheels and wire brushes. I couldn't get some of the deep areas (it was stored face down) so called it good and primed with a rust converter.

The wet blast was slick, but made a mess and used a lot of sand. Second best was the paint stripping discs.

Thanks.

All said and done, I should have just paid to have it blasted. At the end of the day I could have just used it as is, but after dealing with a poorly maintained snowblower for 3 winters the goal was to not have any issues moving forward. Paint looks good, new hydraulics make it work good.

Those are powder coated from the factory so aggressive media blasting is the easiest method for stripping them. That assumes that you have the equipment. I think second choice would be a crud thug.
