CA glue is hugely helpful to have on hand for trim work. The activator is key too.
I cope the best I can I caulk the rest.

I'm surprised at the amount that say caulk. Must be a lot of painted baseboard.I gotta say, I'm blown away by the amount of coping in this thread. I would've sworn that a majority of everyone would say 45 it and call it good.
I love good trim work, but my preference is painted either wayI'm surprised at the amount that say caulk. Must be a lot of painted baseboard.
A lot of us live in **** houses that don't justify even using real wood trim. I have a 1970s rambler in a neighborhood of $2M+ McMansions. No matter how nice I make this house, it is still a teardown. So I put in MDF trim which is painted and yes, I did cope the inside corners and it works great. I pre-paint all of the trim using an airless sprayer, install, caulk to the wall and the nail holes, and then touch up the walls and the trim.I'm surprised at the amount that say caulk. Must be a lot of painted baseboard.

I have two friends with 200+ year old houses that would like a word with youIn 100 years not a single damn thing will matter so they're ALL "**** houses" by that standard.
Chillax, no one gets out of here alive. Take your enjoyment where you find it and don't worry about 100 years from now. Hell, if you can manage it, don't worry about 100 days or 100 hours from now.
