Tire machine help

I recently bbought a Butler TC32550 tire machine and we can't figure out how to remove a tire from the rim. I broke the bead and locked the tire on the machine. I know you pry the tire with one of the tire irons but the tire iron always moves when the tire is turning. Sometimes the tire iron locks up and gets stuck in the tire. Is there any videos on that type oof machine Thanks.

You use the lever to hook the tyre bead over the dismount foot, then rotate the wheel, the lever stays against the wheel rim and goes with the wheel, while the dismount foot "pulls" the tyre off the wheel.

Ok, so you've got the dismount foot inside the barrel. That needs to be outside the wheel rim. So you break the bead, clamp the wheel, then lock the dismount foot against the outside of the wheel rim (yellow arrow, the rim sits inside the "gap")

Place your tyre lever against the "step" on the end of the dismount foot (pink arrow) and lever the bead up and over it, keep the lever in place flat down against the face of the wheel. When you rotate the wheel the lever will slip off the step and stay in place in the wheel (keep holding it) while the dismount foot pulls the tyre bead off the wheel.

Once the top bead's off, lift the tyre so the part closest to you sits inside the stepped middle of the wheel barrel, and do the same action with the tyre lever, on the step of the dismount foot and "hook" the bead over. Then rotate, keeping the lever in place as you did before and the dismount foot will pull it off the wheel.

I will try that and when you put a tire on the rim do you lock the plastic piece in the rim lip and hold the tool on the step of the plastic piece?

I noticed on the piece that holds the rim has rubber on the outside so it only locks the rim from the inside.

So the dismount foot sits against the outside of the wheel rim for both fitting and removing the tyre. To fit a new tyres firsty lubricate the bead ("tyre soap", dishwashing liquid and water, etc) then it goes on in the opposite angle it comes off.

So on your left hand the tyre is up, and on your right it's down. "Hook" the tyre onto the wheel, with the bottom bead sat in the step in the wheel barrow. The dismount foot has a "bulge" at the back, right by that step you use your lever on and you hook the bead under this. Rotate the wheel and it'll mount the bottom bead.

Top bead is the same, keep the bead on your right side in the step in the wheel barrel, you'll have to push down on the sidewall to keep it there. On some tyres you'll need to use your lever between the bottom of the wheel ram and the tyre sidewall to keep the bead down as you rotate the wheel.

While the machine in the video above is different to yours it's the same principle.

Do you mean the 4 jaws that clamp the wheel to the machine?

yes I am referring to the clamp that holds the rim on the machine.

I got the top beeed off but the bottom is tough to pry over the step on the plastic piece.

You're going to have to lift up on the duck head (plastic piece) side of the tire and pry the bottom bead of the tire up to get it over the duck head.

I did it once but hardly any room to pry the tire over the duck head. I am dismounting a 15 inch tire and it is very stiff. Is there any coats machine easier to use than the one I have thanks.

I did it once but hardly any room to pry the tire over the duck head. I finally got rid of that machine and got a coats rc5a which is easier. I am rebuilding the bead braker and when I was removing the cylinder I noticed there was nothing holding it to the machine on the inside just a nut from the ram to the beed braker. What is supposed to hold the cylinder to the inside of the machine.
