Fixed my lift today. I replaced the toggle switch as well as the plug, and she lives again. I'll swap the old components in separately to verify who the actual culprit was. It's nice to have it back up though.
That crate looks great.
Here's a Nauga.Re-stained the genuine Naugahyde Grabber Orange inserts in my Mustang as my jean shorts start to bleed dye when I sweat in temp's over 90F. I was able to remove the blue but I damaged the die on the skin of the inserts....
Acetone to remove any impurities, leather cleaner to neutralize the acetone, and Fiebings Orange Naugahyde dye to make it look like new! I wonder if Nauga's are a delicacy because I never had ate one yet...they must be expensive! ...like Kobe beef or something.
From now on, in warmer temps, I am going to be sitting on a towel so I don't stain the seats with the jeans I am wearing!!!
Curious if this happened to anyone else with there leather seats? I imagine white would be a real PITA to keep pristine!
Off to cream the seats as I noticed in the picture, they look dry.

Those skins are from the shedding process. But naugahyde is old. Like maybe over 100 years old. So, like older than me. ;-)The Naugahyde ad was from about the time when cassettes were surpassing 8-tracks.
Yet another reason (do we need more than one?) grown men should not be wearing jean shorts.Re-stained the genuine Naugahyde Grabber Orange inserts in my Mustang as my jean shorts start to bleed dye when I sweat in temp's over 90F....

Who made the welding table?
Gotcha. Thanks. I'll be buying one soon.Miller ........
It folds up, never have used that feature so far, to handyGotcha. Thanks. I'll be buying one soon.
That's a good problem to have. I'll probably fold it at first and then leave it unfolded as I weld more.It folds up, never have used that feature so far, to handy
I'll bet the temp in the garage dropped about 40 degrees.Installed around 675 sq/ft of fiberglass batt insulation in the ceiling. Super fun in July. Onto the walls today.

Nice, what kind of car? I have a 66 chevelle that I’m currently putting a new intake manifold on.
Nice work! You going to cover it with chicken wire or square mesh?Finished welding my chicken gate. Just needs some paint.
IDK if anyone has told you yet, but "genuine Naugahyde" isn't leather...Re-stained the genuine Naugahyde Grabber Orange inserts in my Mustang as my jean shorts start to bleed dye when I sweat in temp's over 90F. I was able to remove the blue but I damaged the die on the skin of the inserts....
