A Proto set appears to a great recommendation. It looks like only one metric set offers the longer format, however:
JSCVM-14SA. The set's 14 wrenches (6-19mm) range in length from 5-5/32 in to 11-3/64 in. In all other Proto sets the 19mm wrench measures just 9-3/4 in. A Proto Customer Service rep confirmed this.
Availability of JSCVM-14SA is slim. Three retailers linked to through Proto stock the set, and prices range from $354 (MSC) to $671 (Fastenal). Zoro, when it carried it, got $361 before discount.
The wrenches in the JSCVM-14SA set have the spline drive, which Proto says is for use with specialty spline bolts but supposedly will fit 6 or 12-point, star, spline, square, and even half rounded fasteners. Like the wrenches in other Proto sets, these have a 72-tooth ratcheting mechanism that rotates with just 5 degrees of swing.
