I'm looking for an insulated screwdriver set that is as near to identical to the torx Bondhus drivers as possible. I have the torx set and LOVE the feel and how well they work, but am trying to find a set of insulated ones that feel the same. I don't do this professionally, but I am planning on having these be my go to drivers and having a pair of ph and sl in each of my "bug out" bags (i have bags rigged out for whatever job I might get into so I don't have to mess around with packing and unpacking one all the time.)

I know Wera and Klein are decent, but they wont feel the same (I know this is a hard thing to quantify, but I want to try).
I heard that Sora is Bondhus' insulated driver manufacturer, but amazon has a set of Felo that say they are made by Bondhus...

If Bondhus doesn't offer insulated drivers, what other company would be closest to the same feel.

I'm just looking for the normal, 6pc kits (more drivers if possible, under $60), but I also need to get at least one of the +/- sl/ph drivers, so any help with that would be great.

The felo are first class ,different in feel to Klein , and more comfortable than Wera , you would be happy with the product I have some in my Switchboard Case . A mix of Felo and Wiha

i ended up going with a set of Wera. I don't know if i'll like the handles, but I liked the price and contents, and the fact they can be used as "precision" drivers (though, honestly, i don't think there is anything conpact about an insulated screwdriver lol). If I hate them, then I'll cross that bridge then.

They look good , I have had one wera driver for 40 years a terminal screwdriver , only problem bit small and slippery,
they were originally called Werault. Regards A from Australia

The reason I went with them is actually because I could get a set with pz/sl AND ph/sl (terminal or plusminus drivers depending on the brand and how the marketing team felt that day LOL) in the same kit for less than those 4 drivers would have been from Felo. If these don't work out, then I think I'll go for the Felo and just get the basic kit and the ph/sl bits (I don't know if I have EVER come across a pozidrive here in the US (or when I lived in Tonga, for that matter!)

I have always liked FACOM tools.
I think since Sidchrome,Stanley Facom have become one ,it’s very similar product,at different finish and price point.
as a Sid chrome collector I have bought the facom and Stanley versions of the same tools , it seems the Sidchrome comes first and facom second in finish and price ,
sad to say the Stanley version was horrible, ” You could drive a bus through the plier blades” the screwdriver set to match was ok ,handle shape not that great .
I know Facom had a very good name but it seems the merger
of toolmakers lowers the quality of product as the Accountants drive the quality rather than the former owners and designers . I Think Facom is in the spiral , Crescent , Utica ,Lucas Elliott , WHS , and UK USA and Australia Stanley forges have gone .
at the end of the day you end up paying for a substandard tool.
the stuff Facom produced in the 90s was fine quality , and very expensive but you got top quality.
Have you tried Felo ? It’s good ,better than wiha , knipex and non comparable, with other quality tools like Klein , it’s very comfortable and designed to take a beating on a daily basis .
very much liked by the electrical contractor. Regards A
