Williams SB-52EHA ratchet - what style is it?

Is it a round or pear head? How many teeth? What finish?

I can't seem to get a solid answer. I Googled and the pictures show a silver round head - but when I follow the links most stores describe it as a sealed head black oxide coarse tooth - which sounds more Iike Williams 36 tooth pear heads.

Does anyone know for sure?
