Tman914, congratulations on the 150 press and welcome to the club. Also, the fact that thing has a Multi-Speed Attachment MSA 9-2338 (middle pulley) is very cool and rare. An original Craftsman MSA sales for about 300 bucks on ebay so congrats. You will need this:

But to answer your questions you need a 27” x ½” belt and a 29” x ½” belt. If you decide to run the drill press without the MSA then you need a 45” x ½” belt. I highly recommend the drualast belts from Auto zone and I also recommend you get the cogged belt, it will run smoother. I believe you may need to look for cogged v-belts on amazon for the 27” and 29” belts but Autozone will have the 45” one.

If you need it here is the owner’s manual for your drill press:

Some links to help you out:

Good luck and feel free to reach out if you need help.

The factory center multi speed pulleys are awesome and a great addition! FYI I have successfully replaced the bearings in these factory units on many occasions. I'd be happy to help you with that if you feel it needs it.

+1 for cogged belts. They are worth it.

Happy drilling!

Got mine done works great except need the .100 shim
“HELP ZIGGY” as I stated wrapped flashing around adapter but just a little sketchy. Rocks in post a little to much for my liking,
But boy the torque on low end. OMG and be carful setting higher RPM at one pont I think I reach the speed to split a atom.

To JZiggy:
I'm new so I don't know how to ask directly. From the discussions, I understand you are making a new version
of the Craftsman Multispeed Adapter. I'm interested. Are you still doing this and if so, what is the price?
Thank you.

FYI for folks who may run across this thread doing research... I supply a custom cut & bent shim that fits better than my old version. This is required for the 2.475" ID columns.
