Hi,

I've got an eight year old Craftsman mower that I need to order replacement parts for. But I have tried to do so over the course of 8 months. (not every day of course) The parts are in my "cart" but when I go to checkout, and enter my zip to calculate shipping, the webpage just clocks and doesn't return. I have even deleted and re-added the items, all with the same result. I have even tried this on multiple PC's. ...anyone else having problems ordering items?

Thanks,

Mark

You know sears is going under, right? Technical problems don't surprise me at all.

Have you tried calling?

Whats the model number? Sears doesn't make anything of its own. You best bet is to figure out who made the mower and get parts from them. Might be an AYP

You might try ' repairclinic.com '. I've had good luck with them on lawn mower, gas trimmer, and washer/dryer parts. Prices are pretty fair with 'small part' shipping being reasonable. They usually ship pretty fast, but not sure about that in today's world.

In the past, ereplacementparts.com has been a good source of repair and replacement parts for my tools. They are having covid related part sourcing issues like many other sites right now though, so they do have quite a few items listed as "out of stock" that would almost always have been in stock a couple years ago. You can't get away from that.

I don't recall ever using Sears to buy parts for any Craftsman tool or Sears brand appliance repairs. I have tried, but they always seemed to be overpriced or the part was listed as no longer being stocked by Sears.

What everyone else said. Go to any of the mentioned parts places EXCEPT Sears. Just be sure you have the model # on the sticker when you order.
