It's been in my shop for years. I know I had it when I moved in 2015. in 2019 I put it into a box and marked the box WTF :D

Now one could say that if I've not needed it in 6 years, then it's safe to throw out.

But it's just bugging me that I don't know what it is. It looks like some kind of bolt on air duct. The end cap comes off.

It came with something I bought but I have no clue what it is.

I also think it is a vacuum attachment. It needs the "replaceable" brush part. Maybe for mini blinds?

If you look at the second pic, there are two locking tabs. It's designed to drop in at the corner part into some rectangular opening, then pivot up and snap closed.

For the life of me I can't figure out what. It's not off any car I've owned and I don't buy car parts.

Well now I'm glad I didn't throw it out :D Strange that they didn't stamp the part# anywhere on it. Nothing but the "clock" markings for the mold and an ABS symbol.

My pleasure. I have the earlier 733 model. I thought your picture looked like a plastic version of the 733's steel hood with a few refinements. A quick google image search and there it was.
