Yet everyone else could figure out from the context of the questions asked and additional comments that this wasn't about actual measured/observed voltage.None the less, all I said was if he only had 110v, he needed to look into it.
My folks had a pole barn outbuilding that some days it seemed like the lights were dim.
Ended up the wiring to the meter was falling apart and causing low voltage brownouts.
Power company was surprised it hadn't started a fire.
