S23 Blackhawk

Added a couple jacks to my collection this past week, and picked up a S23 Blackhawk today. Seems to be in fair condition, but I think it maybe low on fluid, as it struggles to lift. Was wondering if the fluid fill is under the screwed plate on top, and if need be, how hard of a rebuild are they? I've only dove into a couple of my jacks, but have been hesitant to dive into most of the others. Any advice, anyone? Thanks

I’m not very familiar with the Blackhawk jacks. The oil reservoir should be under the screwed in plate on top. Perhaps this can help you out until some Blackhawk jack guys find this thread:
